I was born February 5, 1977 in Los Angeles, California. I am the only child of Catherine E. Moss (nee Gable) and Larry D. Miller. From 1977 to 1980 I lived in Canoga Park, from 1980 to 1982 in Tarzana, from 1982 to 1983 in Encino, and from 1983 to 1995 in Northridge (all in Los Angeles, California).
